Alright, now on to the FAQ:

Q: Who are you and why do you do this?
A: Cheesey, some guy in minnesota. Token started this site because other sites at the time did not really seem to tolerate 4chan and not4chan too well. Simple enough, yes?

Q: Why are torrents so slow?
A: Could be multiple things. First and foremost, Bittorrent is tit-for-tat. If you don't upload fast, you wont download fast. If you cap your uploads to 1-5K/s on broadband, expect horribly slow downloads. The recommended math to get the fastest downloads is to upload at 75% of your upload capacity. If you have 45K/s upload, cap it to 30K/s-ish. 75% is usually the threshhold for TCP ACK packets (if you upload too fast, your download will start to be affected). 75% will usually leave your download speed alone. Another possible problem is that you have a firewall or router blocking your port. Head over to portforward.com for info on how to fix this. When you're firewalled, you'll be able to connect only to people who don't have firewalls. Lots of people don't even realize that they need to open their ports, and you won't be able to connect to them at all. Also, if there are no seeds in the swarm, you're probably fucked.

Q: Wheres all the "good stuff", the movies and cds and stuff?
A: Despite the word "torrent" usually being associated with copyright infringement, Deadfrog is different. The content we distribute is unlicensed or original anime content. Bittorrent is more than a way to download bootlegs of CDs and movies, it's a file distribution method that saves buttloads of money on bandwidth charges.

Q: What about anime I see on Adult Swim or Anime Unleashed?
A: Sorry, that's not what we do either. If an anime title is shown on TV or for sale at Suncoast or FYE, or any other major retailer, it's usually licensed for sale in the US by a company in the US. This content is not legal to download, and we have no intentions of allowing it to be distributed using this site. While you may think this is a crappy excuse, think about it this way. We provide cutting edge content straight from Japan, the distributors usually take a few years to license the content. When you download from this site, you are downloading the newest titles, the titles that US distributors haven't gotten their hands on yet. The popularity of titles downloaded from sites like these aid the decision for distributors to license content or not, so you're ahead of the times. You're encouraged to buy the titles when they are released in the US, because when a title becomes licensed, it will be removed from this site.

Q: I have this great idea for a feature!
A: Well, that's not a question.. :\ but you can post any ideas or suggestions or whatnot to the df board on fapis and we'll look into it.

Q: You have my content, damnit!
A: Take a look at the copyright policy for info on what you should do, nigga.

Q: Dude, your site sucks!
A: Sorry to hear you dislike the site. Post why on the imageboard, and I'll try to improve it. I run the site based on what users want (and what I'm capable of providing), so that means your input is helpful in dictating what I do and dont do.

Q: My question isn't answered here, what do I do now?
A: Go to the imageboard and ask there :)

Q: What is up with the ad?
A: The ad offsets the cost of the server. Please reference this thread for full disclosure on how much money the site earns/loses

Q: Damn, you lose money on this site? How can I help? Can I donate?
A: I used to do donations back when I had a much harder time paying for the site, but theres no need to at this point in time . I'd be willing to accept personal donations, as in you know damn well the donation will do nothing to help the site but would help me.. Just pop onto IRC and let me know.. I'll probably try to talk you out of it, but if you're that damn determined to do so, be my guest.. I'll head over to the Save-A-Lot and buy some Bubba Cola with it ($0.59 for each 2 liter, hell yeahs!) or use it to fund a trip to Columbia to buy cocaine to give to little girls so they will have sex with me in exchange for a fix, you're an accessory to rape you sick fucker!! Or most likely, put it towards my pot budget :)
